An accomplished practitioner, Kiran has over 30 years’ experience in workers compensation, complex liability and indemnity claims and general insurance (including acting as a specialist defendant practitioner). He was recently named by the respected legal directory, Doyles Guides, as one of NSW’s leading workers compensation lawyers.
Kiran has practiced in various jurisdictions including NSW, ACT, Western Australia and South Australia. He has acted in numerous cases involving the complex interplay between statutory insurance schemes, most notably Khaya v Container Terminals Australia Ltd  NSWCA 433 and Huseyin v Container Terminals Australia Ltd  NSWCA 382.
Kiran regularly delivers client training sessions and in-house seminars on such topics as workplace disputes, insurance recoveries, contractual issues, liability and indemnity and re-insurance
Kiran is accredited by the Law Society of NSW as a specialist in personal injury law and is commissioned as a Notary Public under the Public Notaries Act 1997.
