An accomplished practitioner and trusted advisor, Kiran has over 30 years’ experience in legal practise. This has included representing clients in complex liability and indemnity claims; general insurance and commercial disputes in multiple jurisdictions. For a number of years he has been named by the respected legal directory, Doyles Guides, as one of NSW’s leading defendant lawyers in the insurance section.
Kiran has practiced in and provided strategic and commercial advice to clients and was involved in a complex reinsurance matter on behalf of an international insurer.
Kiran regularly delivers client training sessions and seminars on various topics as contractual issues, liability, indemnity and re-insurance.
Kiran has been accredited by the Law Society of NSW as a specialist in personal injury law since the scheme commenced in 1993. Specialist accreditation is a recognised mark of expertise for the public and for the legal profession. To gain accreditation, specialists must pass a series of meticulous assessments on both legal knowledge and its application in practice.
Specialist accreditation is held by the less than 6% of the legal profession. To retain their accreditation, each year specialists must demonstrate their commitment to their accreditation through their work and by undertaking significant additional professional development in their area of expertise. Kiran has now retained his specialist accreditation for 25 years.

Kiran was also commissioned in NSW as a Notary Public in 2012, and has since been granted a Felllowship of the esteemed Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries
